Tuning:
This song is a bit different from other`s because it isn`t exactly tuned right.
I only figured this out after reading an article where Rob Flynn explained this.
The tuning is lower than a "dropped C" but higher than a "dropped B" tuning.
I find the best way to get the correct tuning is use the first note of the song
to tune the low E string. Then using the low E string tune the other strings.

Notation:
* = harmonics
p.m. = palm mute
*This tab is not complete, but it should be more than enough to get you started.
And, for the song pattern, just use the riffs and listen to the song to figure it out.
